SHIPPING POLICY

Packages are normally sent from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. PO Boxes are accepted. All packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). All handling charges are included in the shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

All factory packaged items are completely refundable. You need to return the shipment within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund. All returns must be in new condition and in the original factory package. Opened packages or boxes are not accepted. Single card purchases are not refundable. Please email us here with any questions. IMPORTANT: SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IN ADDITION, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 restocking fee.

Please email us here BEFORE you return the merchandise. Indicate the order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
Package the items in their original shipping container. NOTE: Items must be returned in like new condition. Please package your items carefully.
Send the package to the address above. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
A $5.00 restocking fee will be charged to your account.
