NEW RULES! OBSTACLE CARDS
Crime and Punishment features a new card type: obstacles. Obstacles go in your problem deck and you assign them to cases as problem cards. During the Sleuth Step, you may pay crime points and flip-up obstacle cards as you would flip-up a criminal card. Obstacles are not unique. Obstacles count toward your limit of 2 problem/criminal cards per case. This means you can have 2 of your cards assigned to a case from your Problem Deck that are either: 2 problems; 2 obstacles; 1 obstacle and 1 criminal; 1 problem and 1 obstacle; or 1 problem and 1 criminal. Obstacles are discarded when the case they are assigned to is solved.
Each Booster Pack Contains:
- 1 Rare Card
- 3 Uncommon Cards
- 6 Common Cards
Starter Deck Required to Play
This pack contains a random assortment of the Crime and Punishment Case Closed TCG game cards. Randomly inserted into these specially marked packs are the following: 40 commons (6:1 pack), 41 uncommons (3:1 pack), 40 rares (1:1 pack). Total cards in the base set: 121.
